2.1. Disqualify the services provider for a particular tender / contract / project it may be considered for, or which has been awarded to the service provider.
2.2. Deregister the service provider on the Municipal database of Accredited service provider, and / or.
2.3. Listed the services provider on the National Treasury “Register of Tender Defaulters”.
